    The Auxiliary has three types of membership available:

    • Active members are the core of the Auxiliary organization. They are mature adults who make a long-term commitment to membership in the Auxiliary.
    • Associate members are mature adults who are unable to make the active volunteer time commitment, but still wish to be a part of the organization and participate in Auxiliary activities.
    • Students: We will be interviewing new student volunteers for the Spring Quarter from February 27 through March 16, 2012. When you know your class schedule for the quarter, print and fill out the application, then email the Student Volunteer Coordinator at CtHardN@sutterhealth.org to schedule an interview. You need to bring your application forms and vaccination records to the interview. Your vaccination records must show 2 MMR vaccinations and 2 Varicella vaccinations (unless you have had chicken pox). You must be at least 16 years old to volunteer at Sutter Davis Hospital. If you are under 18, a parent must sign the parental consent form.

    Enrollment Requirements
    The requirements for joining the Auxiliary are basically the same for all three types of members, although certain requirements are waived for some membership types. The following table lists the specific requirements for enrollment in the Auxiliary.
